| Description: | Manager, Sales and Marketing - Minster Services Division - Senior Level Position The Services Division of the Minster Machine Company needs a dynamic and creative leader for their marketing and sales initiatives. The growing Services Division provides the metal forming industry with field service, replacement parts, product upgrades, rebuild, preventative maintenance and other support to keep equipment highly productive. The ideal candidate will have 10 years experience in either the material forming industry, aftermarket sales or both. A creative streak that will help bundle services into offerings or packages that the market desires will be advantageous. Skills in sales channel development and ways to market are a plus. Another key responsibility will be the development of a team of customer service and application specialist that will assist in accomplishing the Services Division's mission. ______________________________________________________________________ Basic Function: Develop Services products that add value for metal forming customers and determine the best way to combine them and bring them to market to provide growth in profits for Minster Machine. Primary Duties and Responsibility •1. Develop and execute an aggressive marketing strategy for Minster Services •A. Define products that bring value to metal forming customers •B. Package products to increase market penetration and expand revenues •C. Develop the message for communication through ads,trade shows, internet and other forums. | 30% | •2. Develop relationships with customers and within the industry to enable •A. Identification of trends and new demands •B. Expansion into non-Minster, non-press sectors | 25% | •3. Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Formal Education: | Requires broad knowledge in a general professional or technical field such as finance, business administration or advanced mathematics. Knowledge is normally acquired through four years of college resulting in a Bachelor's degree or equivalent. | Work Experience: | More than 10 years. | Reading Skills: | Requires reading of materials to interpret and analyze content.
